Through a structured approach utilizing various legal entities and trusts, we ensure the strategic growth and preservation of family capital. Some trusts are managed by independent Trustees or other legal entities, where the Office of the Los Family may or may not provide guidance or management consulting as appropriate.
Our operations are strictly private, and we do not solicit or manage outside investments, focusing solely on stewarding the family's financial resources. This independence enables us to maintain full control over our investment decisions where applicable and align them with the long-term objectives and values of the Los Family.
Our Independence
The Office of the Los Family Ltd manages the personal assets of the Los Family, as well as entities such as the Los Family Foundation Trust and the Los Dynasty Trust, alongside other revocable and irrevocable trusts and legal entities. The Los Family Foundation focuses on providing charitable contributions on behalf of the Los Family. This organizational structure ensures a clear separation between the foundation’s programmatic initiatives and the investments held by the trusts, enabling focused and efficient management of each entity’s objectives.
